Today my sister and I were left to make our own lunch, and I’m proud to say it turned out pretty well! We made Macaroni and Cheese, all from scratch. I was in charge of the sauce, while my sister made the pasta. I looked at a recipe, but not the amounts. Also, we didn’t really have the right cheese. We were just pouring some of this, pouring some of that…. Eventually, we got it to the right thickness, and after we tasted it, we put the pasta and sauce together, and we had the most wonderful Macaroni and Cheese! And a giant mess.
